Reviewers verify with ID + address, a forwarded portal email from Yardi / RealPage / Entrata, or an uploaded lease page. Verified reviews count more in aggregate metrics.
Operators can respond, never remove
When an operator claims their property page, they can respond publicly to any review with a 48-hour cool-down window. They cannot pay to hide reviews and they cannot edit tenant text.

Flag factually inaccurate reviews
Submit a formal Trust & Safety review with your evidence. A human moderator applies our defamation standard. This is not a removal request — we do not remove reviews for reputation reasons.
